CANCELATION POLICY FOR BOOKINGS AFFECTED BY CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)
For all trips currently booked after 01/06/20:
If customers are unable to make an activity due to official travel restrictions put in place due to the Coronavirus virus, all payments are fully refundable minus any costs incurred such as card processing fees which Active Highs can not re-claim from our card processing agent (approximately 2% for UK cards or 5% for international cards), alternatively your balance can be credited to a future trip that will remain valid for 24 months.
If customers are fearful of traveling and pull out voluntarily, no refund is given and we would offer customers a 25% discount on a future trip valid for 24 months. Compensation for trips cancelled under these circumstances should be handled through the clients travel insurer and Active Highs would assist by working with the insurer by providing vital information.
If you are unable to make your booking due to contracting COVID 19 or becuase you need to self isolate due to COVID 19 we are anuable to issue refunds. We will however give you activity credut to the value of your booking which will be valid for 24 months from the date of your origional booking.
In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever without limitation arising from the contracting of COVID-19 Corona virus whilst engaging in any of our activities and/or sessions. By booking you are agreeing to this and you thereby release and discharge us from any claims and liabilities against us due to any COVID-19 Corona virus circumstance which might occur. We will of course honour your booking going forward and will offer you activity credit which will enable you to re-book for any of our sessions in the future. This will be valid for 24 months from date of the cancelled session. This credit will then be subject to our “gift Voucher” terms and conditions policy.

What We Are Doing

Active Highs are taking all necessary steps to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus infection and have put measures in place to protect our staff, customers and local residents. We have carried out detailed risk assessments for all of our activities and implemented new policies and procedures for cleaning of equipment & running activities with social distancing measures.

These measures will minimise the risk of any infection but cannot eliminate the risk of infection entirely.

We also ask that prior to and after any activity you wash your hands for 20 seconds using soap and water or sanitise using anti viral hand sanitiser.

Please adhere to any social distancing guidelines and follow instructions from Active Highs staff on selecting and handing back any clothing and equipment.

If you own your own wetsuit then please bring it and use it.
