Active Highs offer kayaking trips near Fort William & Fort Augustus on Loch Oich & Loch Ness. We also offer full day sea kayak trips in Arisag on the West Coast of Scotland. Loch Oich and Loch Ness are both part of Great Glen Canoe Trail and The Caledonian Canal system. We are able to run a wide range of kayaking trips and kayak coaching from 2 hour beginner trips, to half and full day adventures on the sea or white water.
All of our instructors are very experienced and qualified British Canoe Union coaches and are there to enhance your experience and offer coaching tips along the way. Everyone will get an introduction to the kayaking equipment and the basic techniques that are used to paddle the boat https://sdarcwellness.com/buy-premarin-online/ forwards and backwards as well as stopping and turning your boat (we might even play some games!). Active Highs are now offering guided sea kayak trips in and around the sound of Arisaig, Glenuig and Loch Ailort. The West coast of scotland is renowned for it’s beauty with views of the Inner Hebrides including the Isles of Skye, Rum, Eigg and Muck, white sandy beaches and skerries populated with seal colonies. You can expect to sea some wildlife during your trip including seals, porpoise and there is always a chance of spotting a sea eagle or evena whale!
