Canoeing in The Great Glen                            Book Online

Your half day canoe trip in the Great Glen will take you on a scenic journey around Loch Oich or the Caledonian Canal. You will initially learn some of the skills required to paddle and steer your boat on a journey in the tranquil surroundings of The Great Glen. Loch Oich is part of the Great Glen Canoe Trail and Caledonian Canal and is the most sheltered loch on the system offering great conditions for canoe trips.

Minimum Age 6 plus when accompanied by 2 adults in one baot

We meet at our base prior to your activity at The Great Glen Hostel, Soth Laggan, Spean Bridge, PH344EA. Please use Google maps instead of our postcode due to the rural location of our base.

We are 25 miles from Fort William on the A82 and 10 miles from Fort Augustus. Please allow extra time for your journey during busy periods due to increased traffic and rural roads.
