Kayaking in The Great Glen Book Online
Your half day kayaking trip will start by kitting up in the equipment needed to keep you safe and warm on the weter before some bank side instruction and the onto the water where you will learn the strokes & techniques needed to paddle and steer your kayak enough to help you enjoy your trip. Once on the journey you can take in the views of the Great Glen and consolodate your skills whilst enjoy your paddling experience. We will explore the shore line of the loch & Caledonian Canal and weather allowing, visit some local landmarks such as the ruins of Invergarry Castle and the Well of the Seven Heads.
Minimum Age 6 plus when accompanied by an adult in a tandem kayak
Minimum age 12 plus when paddling solo kayak indipendantly

We are 25 miles from Fort William on the A82 and 10 miles from Fort Augustus. Please allow extra time for your journey during busy periods due to increased traffic and rural roads
