Exciting Things To Do In Fort William
If you are looking for something a bit on the wild side during your visit to Fort William then you may be interested in our white water rafting trips on the River Garry which happen once per week when the water gets released from the dam. If you are up for a real adventure then why not come canyoning which involves sliding down flumes, jumping from cliffs, abseiling over waterfalls and swimming around in the deep pools of a mountain stream!
Our gorge walking trips are also really good fun with not quite as much adrenaline and height as canyoning or if you fancy the challenge of canoeing down a white water river with a friend or partner then our white water canoeing trips are a great half day activity.
Milder Things To Do In Fort William
If you are looking for a more mellow activity then we have some great trips available including canoeing and kayaking on Loch Oich where you will learn some new skills and/or go on a journey in the heart of the Great Glen. Loch Oich is part of the Caledonian Canal which also makes up the Great Glen Canoe Trail.
If you would like to enjoy a scenic and gentle river journey or a bit nervous of white water rafting but fancy a go at rafting then our river rafting safari trips are a great fun activity where we will paddle our rafts down the River Oich finishing in Loch Ness.
Whatever activity you fancy at whatever level you enjoy, Active Highs have a great range of things to do in Fort William so give us a call to book your experience on 01809 501459 or 07867 895354.
